Cpl Healthcare are currently recruiting experienced Psychiatric, General and Dual Qualified Nurses for permanent fulltime positions within the Irish Prison Service.

Prison Locations:

We are currently seeking experienced nurses for permanent posts in various prisons throughout the Irish Prison Service Estate. There are current vacancies in Dublin and Cork Prisons

• Mental Health
• Addictions
• Acute Medicine
• Acute Surgery

Job Requirements:

• NMBI registration or nearing completion of the registration process (RGN/RPN/Dual Qualified)
• Right to work in Ireland
• Proficient in English
• To be caring and compassionate
• Excellent communication skills
• To be flexible in approach
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• Patient advocacy skills
• IT skills

Job Offer

• Permanent fulltime contract
• Prison Nurse salary scale: €39,931 – €42,623 – €44,696 – €46,699 – €48,695 – €50,652 NMAX – €52,646 LSI 1
• 39 hours per week on a rostered basis
• 22-24 days annual leave depending on years in service
