Clarity Locums is recruiting a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in Dublin City Centre

What you need to know:

This is a full-time, permanent position working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday Only! The role offers a competitive salary of € Apply per annum. The successful candidate will oversee medical practices, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support the organisation in maintaining high standards of clinical governance and care.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the clinical strategy for the organisation.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Acting as the primary medical adviser, providing expertise and guidance on clinical matters.

Monitoring and enhancing the quality of healthcare services delivered.

Developing and implementing policies to promote clinical excellence and patient safety.

Providing medical advice and expertise across the organisation.

What’s required:

Medical degree with full registration with the IMC.

A minimum of 10 years’ clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical governance.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
